Vintage Wallpaper Sample Packets Available!

Attention crafters, artists, and anyone else who's wishing there were an easy way to get their hands on some small, beautiful pieces of wallpaper: we have an announcement for you! 

My daughter Hannah, who has been operating her own Etsy shop, Fondly Vintage, selling vintage wallpaper scrap packets for a number of years, has decided to close her shop. So now, we've found ourselves with a whole lot of inventory with no place to put it.


What we've decided to do in order to clear out her remaining stock is to make "grab bag" groupings of these vintage wallpaper packets available in our Hannah's Treasures Etsy store! Hooray!

'Wild Game' Etsy Nursery for an Adventurous Baby Boy

Now that our bundle of joy has arrived, I thought I’d share some photos of his new living space. Sweet baby Ferris was born on March 18th, and it was such an exciting moment to bring him home and snuggle him into his new nursery.

Here's what it looks like:

Teen Room Idea: Vintage Wallpaper Headboard

A new year sometimes means a new room (especially if you're a teenager). My younger daughter Emma, who is soon-to-be 13, decided that she was done with her preteen pink cheetah room and needed a more mature space. So over the holiday break, it was out with the old and in with the new. She picked out all the goodies that her new room needed herself--bedding, wall decor, lamps, a few little extras, and of course the finalizing touch...some vintage wallpaper!

We fashioned a "headboard" onto the wall by hanging her favorite wallpaper and framing it with white trim. The end result turned out splendidly! Who knew that vintage wallpaper could look so good in a teen room? The wallpaper goes so well with her new trendy bedding, it's hard to believe that the paper is actually 40 years old!

Vintage Wallpaper Photo Booths: A Fun DIY Wedding Idea for All Ages!

What’s trending in DIY wedding style? Survey says… Photo Booths!  They come in all shapes, sizes, and styles and have endless ideas for cute accessories, but as you might easily guess, our favorites are the ones covered in vintage wallpaper. We’ve worked with many eager DIY brides inspired to create a photo booth for their own special day and also photographers wanting to construct a magical background for their studios, but this year, we were thrilled to have the opportunity to create one ourselves for a close family wedding.

Using two separate 4’ x 8’ panels of plywood, a mix of vintage wallpaper patterns from our Etsy store, and the help of a couple of tool-savvy men, we built one adult-sized photo booth and another miniature one for the kiddos.
